Since im in muay thai, and i have a belly 2 lose, how many miles a day should i run?

i weigh 179, im 16 yrs old, and im 5%26#039;7, also how many miles should a muay thai student should be able to run?|||If what you are worried about is your belly, just do muay thai 3-4 times a week and you won%26#039;t have to run in order to lose it, provided you eat properly.

A PROFESSIONAL thai fighter runs at least 10 miles a day, this is done in the morning, and THEN the workout begins, which is several hours a day, bear in mind this is what they do for a living.|||Run , run , run as far as you can. Then walk a little till you get your breath back , then do it again. Your body will natrually adjust, so take your time. Well really take 1 mile at a time.

Make your goal 3 miles. Good luck!|||12-15 kilometers (7.5 - 9.3 mi) every day like fedor|||You should not try to run for distance, but for time. Run for as long as you can and push yourself to run five minutes longer. This not only builds muscle strength but will get you lungs prepared for the lengthy bouts found in your style.|||how much should you run? well as much as you can.lol. take it slow. what i do. i used to run 5 miles a day, then got out of the habit and had to start over rom scratch. you cant go 5 right away if your eout of shape and not usd to running. i tried, only got 1.5 miles hte first try. lol then 3 miles the next time. just keep augmenting it. dont do it every day necessarily. but who cares if you have a belly really. i think theyre sexy lol|||...you can run all you want...5-10-15 miles, but if you don%26#039;t change your eating habits, you%26#039;ll never lose that gut...|||Running is a great exercise and more interesting than treadmill to get outside.

It%26#039;s important to have some recovery time - when I was running a lot for the army I didn%26#039;t have rest days so now I have small but permanent knee injuries.|||Your weight and height don%26#039;t matter much - The first thing would be to give up snack foods- fast foods - candy- sodas - eat fruit - vegetables - drink water - take a vitamin supplement - and running? 2 miles a day --But dont leave out biking - stair master - pushups - crunches - and punches and kicks about 200 a day of each
