What are the common Muay Thai training pains?

I%26#039;m not talking about inflicted pains like getting hit, but muscle pains?

Thanx.|||Hamstrings, hip flexors, and quadraceps...

Depending on the type of conditioning really. Obviously you are going to spend a lot of time with hurt shins from conditioning though.

During conditioning a lot of core work is done as well, so you can expect some lower back and abdominal soreness.

If you are aren%26#039;t used to punching a lot, during your first few sessions you can also expect sore triceps, forearms, trapezius, and deltoids.

That is just in general, essentially weak technique will also cause strange areas to be sore like your groin, and inside thigh muscles.

Most of this is just going to be the soreness of working them more than you are accustomed to. Ensure you take your time in healing. Your first few sessions space out a good bit, build up to it. Meaning if you have a chance to go 4 days out the week, I would say go 2 the first week with a good day or two in between, the next week maybe do the same thing, week after that go 3 times... build up.

By your 4th week you will hardly get sore at all until sparring starts coming in.

Good luck!|||Labral tear (ligaments %26amp; cartilage in your hip joint socket)

bursitis (prepatellar, suprapatellar, trochanteric)

ligament sprains (inlcuding in your ankles and knee)

muscle strains (calf, quadriceps, piriformis)

tendonitis (including iliotibial band)

chondromalacia

Patellafemoral Pain Syndrome (PFPS)

Nerve Impingement (Sciatic)

Myositis Ossification (calcification in your muscles)

Herniated Discs (in extreme cases)

Bursitis is an inlfammed Bursae, which is basically a little balloon filled with liquid, meant for smoother movement of other soft tissue (eg: tendon)

PFPS is when your knee cap rubs over your thigh bone causing pain %26amp; discomfort. It usually happens when u step up your activity or jsut do too much.

Myositis Ossification causes a build up of calcium in your muscle, preventing the full potential of your muscle strength.

chondormalacia basically means you damaged your cartilage.|||Your quads will be sore.|||You%26#039;ll know when it hurts.
