If i take muay thai will that make my body fat percentage go down?

I want to know because I%26#039;m on the chubby side and I want to know if I will lose the chubbiness.|||Yes sir, but it can easily come back if you don%26#039;t have a healthy diet.

Try eating under 30-40 grams of fat per day and drink a lot of water. I usually drink a gallon on my training days.

Cold water speeds your metabolism, so keep that in mind.

Hope I Helped!|||Yes you will but it is also dependent on your natural genetics and diet in your spare time. Eat right and train hard and you should see a marked difference in body tone. Eat wrong and all your training will be for naught. Keep in mind Muay Thai is intense and requires sweating, literally, like a pig. When I first trained I lost the overall flab, developed a six pack (from all the incessant kicking) and leg muscles that were hard as steel.|||It is not specifically the discipline you choose that will keep your weight down. It is the cardiovascular exercise in combination with diet that will keep you trim and healthy. No matter that fight style you choose make sure you enjoy it so you can do it for a long time. I do not like stand up fighting so I choose a style that is heavy with ground fighting. |||Yes, to a degree. Some peoples genetics determine there size. Some people will never lose all of it. Look at Mark Hunt! If you eat right and work out regularly you will be healthy and that should be way more important than some cellulite.

good luck|||If you increase your caloric output, yes, you%26#039;ll lose weight. But a good diet is like the one-two punch here. Lay off of the chips and pizza, stock up on apples and spinach.|||Yes, but you can%26#039;t take Muay Thai and eat Twinkies all days and expect to lose fat. You have to eat healthy foods and exercise (Muay Thai) in order to lose weight... Quickly at least.|||yes any exercise will help you lose fat but you have to have a good diet as well
