How to learn to take blows ( Punches, Kicks, Knees, Elbows) for Muay Thai training?

I am starting Muay Thai, and I want to know how can I take shots better , so I won%26#039;t get hurt as easily. Thanks for everyone%26#039;s advice.|||the guys where i train to condition for body shots one lays on their back and the other drops a medicine ball on their stomach from about waist high and they do that about 20x

i%26#039;ve never done it...i dont even know if its necessarily good for u, but they do it

but i do know for taking body shots developing a strong core(abs) is important

also sometimes couch has us take hits when working on the focus mitts to the body since its enough to feel something but not enough to really injury you

once u start sparring that alone will help you take blows|||let pain be your friend?|||The more your spar the more you%26#039;ll condition your body to take the blows. It won%26#039;t come fast though and each blow will still hurt.|||The best way is to get hit. You%26#039;ll get used to the pain. The body gets tougher that way.

Sijo - Adriano Emperado used to say , %26quot; you can%26#039;t deliver pain until you%26#039;ve felt pain.%26quot;|||When someone throws a Punch just right before impact back up of cushion the blow. Work-out and make your body strong because EX%26gt; If you have strong ABs you wont get hurt as easily
