In Bangkok, where can i watch muay thai fights in bars/restaurants ?

I have heard that there are such joints in bangkok where whilst eating or drinking you can watch muay thai fights. Of course not professional fights, merely for entertainment. Anyone knows of such joints ?? |||There%26#039;s a bar exactly as you describe adjecent to the Patong night market. It%26#039;s a girl go-go bar, but you can sit and watch the %26#039;show%26#039; without being bothered if you are a couple, or just let them know you aren%26#039;t interest....or are interested. I believe it is on the Surawong corner, rather than the Silom Rd. corner.

If you come to Pattaya, there is also a bar on Walking Street that has exhibitions. Again, the boxing is a ploy to attract people in for the girls.

The Phuket matches I saw advertized seemed to be directed at tourists and were EXPENSIVE like 1200 baht. Lumpini Park has the stadium, and there%26#039;s a a small stadium in Pattaya, off Treparsit Rd (across and down a couple of block from Tesco-Lotus), Thai go to those places, so I know the prices are more reasonable.|||Never saw any in Bangkok (not that I looked) - but they have them in Pattaya on Beach Road (Best Friend bar complex). Not worth watching in my opinion.

If you really want to watch, go to Lumpini stadium in BKK and watch the real deal.

I was in Phuket last month and they had Muay Thai fights with guys from all over the world - not sure if they wre any good - but they were advertised constantly.
